Responsibilities + Qualifications

   Supervisor/Senior
Bachelors or graduate degree in accounting or business
Potential sign-on bonus and/or relocation packages
3+ years of experience in public accounting
Preparation of financial statements and accompanying footnote disclosures
Plan and supervise audit and tax engagements, including supervision of staff, monitoring budgets and progress, and reporting status to team members
Research and analysis of accounting and tax issues
Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to professional staff
Direct interaction with client personnel to discuss and resolve tax and accounting-related matters
Computer skills including proficiency with tax and audit software
   Staff Accountant
Bachelors or graduate degree in accounting or business
Pursuing CPA license
SPreparation of financial statements and accompanying footnote disclosures
Preparation of federal and state tax returns for individuals and various business entity types
Plan and execute audit and tax engagements, including monitoring budgets and progress, and reporting status to team members
Assistance in research and analysis of accounting and tax issues
Direct interaction with client personnel to discuss and resolve tax and accounting-related matters
Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Responsibilities increase with demonstrated skill
