Gerald Hribal is a managing partner and a certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience in accounting, taxation and wealth management.  He has provided financial and tax planning and compliance services to a diverse client base with emphasis on tax and investment strategies for high net worth individuals.  Additionally, he has extensive experience with clients in the entertainment and real estate industries.  His experience includes tax planning, including deferral strategies and other innovative structures, aimed at mitigating current liabilities; investment analysis; due diligence as part of providing merger and acquisition services to his clients and assisting in raising lead and second round capital for a variety of business deals.  He has also directed audits of royalties received by clients in the entertainment industry, including one of the largest licensing contracts in the toy industry.
