Gary Meloni is a managing partner and a certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience as an engagement partner in various auditing and litigation support capacities.  His areas of expertise include: analysis of manufacturing and engineering processes, audits and reviews of closely-held businesses, analysis of contracts and income tax planning.  Mr. Meloni’s direction of engagements involving “turnarounds”, and crisis management is noteworthy. 

Gerald Hribal

Gerald Hribal is a managing partner and a certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience in accounting, taxation and wealth management.  He has provided financial and tax planning and compliance services to a diverse client base with emphasis on tax and investment strategies for high net worth individuals.  Additionally, he has extensive experience with clients in the entertainment and real estate industries.  His experience includes tax planning, including deferral strategies and other innovative structures, aimed at mitigating current liabilities; investment analysis; due diligence as part of providing merger and acquisition services to his clients and assisting in raising lead and second round capital for a variety of business deals.  He has also directed audits of royalties received by clients in the entertainment industry, including one of the largest licensing contracts in the toy industry.

Kenneth Tratner

Kenneth Tratner is a managing partner and a certified public accountant, and is also a member of the small business and taxation divisions of the AICPA.  He gained experience in financial accounting during his employment with KPMG and has provided financial reporting and consulting services to closely-held businesses for over 28 years.  Ken has an M.S. Degree in Taxation and his tax related areas of expertise include: planning to minimize current tax liabilities, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, pension planning, and estate/trust implications for individuals and their related business activities.  He has a broad range of tax compliance experience serving corporations, trusts, not-for-profit organizations, flow-through entities, and individuals.  Throughout his career, he has also been active in community and not-for-profit activities and has served on the board of directors for several organizations.

Jillian Phan

Jillian Phan is a partner and a certified public accountant, and also serves as the vice-president of the California Society of CPA’s– Los Angeles Chapter.  In 2010, she was honored as the Rising Star of Women in Business by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal.  She has over 16 years of experience in auditing, taxation and accounting.  Her related areas of expertise include: financial statement audits and reviews as well as other accounting related projects for clients in the food service, manufacturing, wholesaling, distributing, franchises, real estate, entertainment, and gaming industries; coordinating and planning corporate acquisitions, mergers and spinoffs; supervising and reviewing income tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations; coordinating various tax compliance reporting projects related to income, sales, business property, payroll and other matters; representing clients during audits by governmental agencies related to income, sales, and estate tax issues; providing tax planning, compliance, financial reporting, mergers and bookkeeping services for start-up companies.

David Snow

David Snow is a partner and a certified public accountant with over 25 years of experience including seven years working with Deloitte & Touche where he supervised planning and compliance services for corporate, partnership, trust, exempt and individual clients.  David has an M.S. Degree in Taxation and his related areas of expertise include: international and state restructuring projects to optimize corporate tax benefits in foreign and state jurisdictions, and tax accrual preparation and analysis for consolidated, multistate/multi-national companies.  David has 10 years of industry experience heading the tax departments of large publicly held companies.

Don Rudkin

Don Rudkin is a consultant and was with Deloitte & Touche for 36 years.  He was previously the office managing partner for the Woodland Hills, Century City and Las Vegas offices of Deloitte.  In addition, he was a quality review partner at Deloitte for 5 years.  Don performs the quality review for all attest reports issued by the firm.
